It's Feathery Friday!! Time for photos of my little feathered guy :-)







Getting scritches...I know he looks like I'm breaking his neck, but I swear that he's turning his head himself....he'll turn it completely upside down to get his chin scratched where he likes it ;-)


Such a poser! Even when getting scritches, he strikes a pose when he hears the focus beep of the camera!!


Charlie knows that Yoda is OFF LIMITS! So when he's close, she is NOT comfotable....I wonder if it might have something to do with her remembering our previous birds who would bite her inquisitive puppy nose...Hmmmm.... LOL

Surviving Fay

Yep, we're surviving Tropical Storm Fay. Boy is it rainy and windy though! Hopefully that'll be all we get :-)

What better way to spend part of a rainy day...his new favorite pasttime...


It's also fun to play in puddles, in between rainstorms that is :-)

First Day of Kindergarten!

Oh my goodness! My baby's in Kindergarten!!!

He had an AWESOME first day, and just loves it! He can't wait until they start working and learning! LOL





A quick look back, but only because I begged him for it, he was ready to go!!!

Family Portraits on the Beach

What a fun and awesome family this is! Tara contacted me about doing her extended family photos a couple of weeks ago...it's the first time in a long time that the family will be all together. And in honor of Mom's birthday too!
Once again, she came through with some cool colors! I just love how the orange pops against the beach...so pretty. And the overcast skies just made the colors so much better!!

Haha, Mom says she hates when they do this...and she was sure surprised when they unexpectedly picked her up! The guys think it's the best though...I think every guy loves to scare their mom every once in a while! LOL

Horse in a Pasture

We went yesterday to take photos of a friend's old barn for her, and she tells us that the people who live on the property don't mind if we're there, just please don't bother the horse.
Horse?!?!?!?!
I was immediately excited...I love farm photography, and have been wanting to get into it more (as evidenced by my cow and sunset on the farm photos from last weekend).

So, we get to the area of the barn, and who do we meet?
A horse who REALLY wanted his portrait done! LOL











I'm telling you, this horse was in serious need of portraits...a few minutes later I hear "Can you please get this horse by you, he's blocking my photo of the barn!"
LOL






And had I known that this dragonfly was going to be such a poser, I'd have taken the macro lens!

Star Wars-The Clone Wars Premiere
