Beautiful Annie

Annie Oakley is settling in nicely with our family. She has really started talking and making a lot of noises. Alex thinks it's so cool that we have a bird that talks!!

Giant Treefrog

Hubby found this treefrog in the shed when he was getting the pressure washer out the other day. Oh my goodness this guy was huge!
While trying to move him to a better location for lighting, he jumped on hubby's arm! Thanks for being a great model! LOL

I went back to my friend Shelia's house to see the babies. What an amazing difference a week makes! Oh my!!!

Baby Parrotlets

No, not mine. Oh, I wish! I'm doing everyting I can to get eggies from my pairs.
But...since I don't have my own little babies to photograph and cuddle, I went to see my friend and her little cuties!
This little guy/gal is 13 days old. He/she is going to be yellow when the feathers come in!
Such personality already!

Skittles is not the father of these little cuties...but he LOVES babies! He always says "baby baby baby" when he sees babies. So we thought to get a pic of him looking at the babies!
He wasn't so sure about them once he got close though. He definately wasn't interested in feeding them! LOL

Introducing our new feathered family member!
Annie Oakley is a 5 year Timneh African Grey Parrot. She belonged to a close friend of mine who had to give her up due to a change in her home situation. My friend is having to rehome many of her parrots, and we are lucky enough to have Annie join our flock.
